A-Kon 10 con report!



This year's A-kon was the largest ever and everone here at Radio had a fantastic time! Once again, Meri Hazelwood and her faithful crew lived up to their reputations by putting on what has to be the funnest anime convention in the US! Here are some pics taken by official Radio Comix Photographer Mike Cogliandro!

Oh, the horror. The horror! The last we heard, there's going to be a Playstation game of this little guy! You're going to have to breed the little buggers. The mind reels!

The dealer's room opens! The crowds were larger than ever this year. Thank goodness for the larger hotel!

Lum is such a hottie! Is that Kevin Bennett behind her? Man, those Bennett Bros. are always where the girls are!

Matt High (our retailer lliaison) and Will Allison (superstar manga artist) have both been to college and practice their reading skills often!

Pat Duke's "Coloring Comics with Photoshop" panel was a HUGE success, despite starting late!

Ok, we have no idea what's going on here. Really. And if we did, we wouldn't admit it.

Diana X Sprinkle (artist of Dragon Heaven and other cool stories) mans her artist alley table. Be sure to check out her new book done with Morning Glory artist Michael Vega called Saiko and Lavender published by the cool folks at Anti Ballistic Pixelations!
