Coyote is on hold this week — he’s off frolicking at Further Confusion convention and I’m recovering from seeing a semester’s worth of homework from my one remaining class.
EEEE!
Will be back next week. Promise.
Just a heads up, due to Mel’s current workload, D&M has gone down to once a week. It’ll now post on Tuesdays, with in-jokes as she gets time for them.
It’s been a horrendously busy two weeks, and I didn’t get the pages up in time. Will try to pre-publish a bunch more this week. Next year, when I go back to school, I may change the schedule to once weekly.
I missed the Wednesday “in Joke” page; it’s been a busy week. This page has quite a few items on it (as you can probably guess) so there’ll be goodies next week.

There’s a LOT of in-jokes in the Duncan and Mallory pages. On the first page, at the top, you can see Anubis waving to Abraham (who’s off herding sheep) as Bast stands at a bus stop, waiting to go to work. In the parallel universe, the little girl is reading a guide to mythological animals — but as you can see in a closeup of the other panel, the unicorn girl is reading “Tales from the Vulgar Human.”
This is a direct reference to Bob Asprin and Lynn Abbey’s second Thieves’ World anthology, “Tales from the Vulgar Unicorn.”
