Radio Comix Submission Guidelines

1). Radio Comix only accepts proposals from complete creative teams. We do not assign writers to artists, or vice-versa. All stories accepted by Radio Comix are fully creator-owned. We DO NOT publish any color comics, so we have no need of coloring submissions.

2.) Radio Comix publishes anthropomorphic, independent, and adults-only projects in all genres. However, we are not interested in publishing superhero stories at this time. Please do not submit any superhero projects for review, they will be rejected.

3.) We prefer creators to submit stories for our anthologies before publishing stand-alone series. This allows us to establish a working relationship with creators, and creators to build a following among our readers, before the risk associated with publishing a solo series. All covers for the anthologies are assigned; we do not need cover submissions.

We accept multiple-part stories for anthologies. Page length for each part is listed in anthology descriptions. The fewer parts, the better. If proposing a multiple-part story, the first part must be complete. Include a text synopsis of each remaining part. Synopsis must be clear, concise, and complete.

Our anthologies are as follows:

Furrlough:
Anthology focusing on anthropomorphic stories. All genres (adventure, comedy, etc.) are allowed. Rating is PG-13. Stories should be 1- 14 pages in length. Stand-alone illustrations are strongly discouraged.

Genus (Adults-only):
Anthology focusing on anthropomorphic erotica. All genres allowed. Rating is R to XXX. Stories should be between 1- 14 pages in length. Stand-alone illustrations are allowed, but comic stories are preferred. No depictions of rape, pedophilia, or sexual violence allowed. No depictions of humans in a sexual context with anthropomorphs allowed.

Milk (Adults-only):
Anthology focusing on heterosexual and lesbian erotica. All genres allowed. Rating is R to XXX. Stories should be between 1-14 pages in length. Stand alone illustrations are allowed, but comic stories are preferred. No depictions of rape, pedophilia, or sexual violence allowed.

Dangerous (Adults-only):
Anthology focusing on homosexual male erotica. All genres allowed. Rating is R to XXX. Stories should be between 1- 14 pages in length. Stand alone illustrations are allowed, but comic stories are preferred. No depictions of rape, pedophilia, or sexual violence allowed.

Genus: Male and Hit the Beach are currently annual books, and therefore do not need as many submissions as the books listed here. While we welcome submissions, please be aware that you might be in for a long wait before seeing your story published. All guidelines for Genus should be followed for Genus: Male, while Hit the Beach only allocates one page per creator (or creative team).


4.) All submissions should be 6.875" x 10.5" in size. All submissions for anthologies must be complete. If submitting digital files, files must be 400 dpi TIF format. Please include a hard-copy printout of digital files. All pages must have your contact info on them. Do NOT send your original art; xeroxes or printouts only. NO submissions will be returned.

5.) Due to the volume of e-mail we recieve, we DO NOT accept ANY submissions via e-mail. They only get lost, so it's a waste of your time. ANY E-MAIL SUBMISSIONS WILL BE DELETED UNREAD.

7.) We will notify you and discuss compensation upon acceptance of your submission for publication. Please do not contact us regarding your submission, as we receive an extremely large volume of submissions. You will get an answer, just be prepared for a very long wait.
