This was actually something that came up in the old movie, “Ghandi”, with Ben Kingsley. A Hindu who had killed a Muslim was ordered to raise an orphaned Muslim as his own child, and raise them in the Muslim faith (I’m glossing over lots because I have forgotten.) I liked the concept, though.
Hmmmm…. a chance for a positive input to the clan through the next generation and a challenge to keep his mind in the present rather than the past….. pretty interesting idea.
