   For some reason I picture his dad telling him “Just remember what I did when you were feeling down”…

   Then he turns to the little girl and goes, “Oh hey, cheer up, kiddo. I’ll teach you how to hunt tomorrow!”

   And everyone looks at him funny.

   (or if hunting is an equal-sex thing, it could be ‘how to write your name in the ground without your hands’)
