Okay, it's been about a year since I posted the last in-joke. Hopefully you didn't think that was the only one. Dunc's father is leaning on a "Mudville Slugger", a tribute to a poem I once had to memorize (my mom would give me a nickel for each poem I could memorize) -- this, of course, is "Casey at the Bat." Like Casey, poor old Duncan is just about to strike out.
