M’lord Cat! *cough* Totally not what I should be focusing on.
Aah, the Death card! I sense back story approaching that will explain all these different elements and it is very exciting! The border is lovely and I love the way you’ve done Beast’s horse’s legs. Great colour scheme, too.
XD Thank you! I don’t work with colour as often as I’d like, and sometimes switching between colour and B&W can throw me off, but this one just. Yeah, it all came together. :3
*l* Yeah, it all just fit so perfectly. I was actually kind of wary about using the Death card since it’s almost cliche’d, but it all fit so perfectly, both thematically and pictorally, that there really wasn’t another (or a better) choice.
I am so nervous about this chapter, because backstory! I mean, ~I~ think it’s awesome, but maaaan. Poor Beast.
I do believe I recognise the bloke in the robes as the one who became the murderous poltergeist in the cathedral – the one ‘Bastian’s just escaped from. I sense backstory coming… yays!
Yup. 😀 The RIder-Waite version of the Death card was a perfect match for this chapter – I mean there’s even a rose on the flag Death is holding ( a ‘mystic’ rose, but still a rose XD)

*goes and searches meaning*
Beast in place of Death, huuuuh. *is amused the cat replaces the child XD*
“Death indicates a time of significant transformation, change and transition”
*dying over here* XD
The colouring in this, aaaaah. I love it! 😀 😀 And still loving how Beast rides a horse.
So cannot wait to see this chapter. 😀

Nail on the head, yep. :3 And backstory is juuuust about here. XD
And Death rides a White Horse. 😀
