I agree that your hands are wonderfully drawn. And I still love his hair.
XD If things were linear or operating on more fairy-tale logic, things would be an easy fix. However, I have this theory that the fairy-tales we hear about are only the ones where everything went right, and/or someone survived.

Oh wow….. Yes on the hands, yes on the beauty of face and dress– but you know what gets to me? All the background! People working, that guy running in the bottom scene, the not-horses, the consistency of the style of building… It adds so much to the ‘real’ feel of the story. ^__^
Now, if they’ll just remember their fairytales and put the old woman up in a really nice bedroom with a warm fireplace and good food… naaaahhhh.
